Hi my name is Victoria and I have two wonderful children Dylan soon to be a teenager (13 in August) and Amaya 4, and a wonderful and very supportive husband Damien.
I work full time and have a very demanding role. Sales! Up until this year I have managed quite well thanks to my husband who helps in so many ways, but I must admit I am finding it even more challenging this year. Feeling like I am not always on top of things frustrates me.
Not sure if it has to do with my role, my age or the fact our family welcomed another member into our family at the start of the year. A 16 year old exchange student from Germany who will be with us until the end of the year. It has been an amazing adventure so far, and preparing me for those wonderful teenage years to come I am sure! 
We only had one child for 8 years before number 2 came along. I have always admired mothers and the role we play, but I admire those with 3 or more even more now.
I am looking forward to meeting many of you at the retreat in Melbourne this October, and being inspired not only by Terri but also the rest of you.

Welcome to the site!
Juggling work and family is often a constant frustration for many mums...so you're not alone. For me, I'm often trying to find that perfect balance...and if and when I do find it, it doesn't seem to last long as something comes along to upset the balance again!
I look forward to meeeting you at the retreat too...and you will definitely be inspired by Terri...she's a gem of wisdom, humour and inpiration.

Hi Victoria,
A warm welcome as well! Yes the teenage years definitely raise new challenges for us. I think as our children grow its not necessarily more challenging, just more complicated! Rest assured we are all in the same boat, sharing this journey together. I'm very much looking forward to meeting you in October,
